By comparing the effects of carbon black, silica and/or diatomite filler system on the mechanical properties of fluorine rubber, we determined that the most suitable filler system for fluorine rubber was the diatomite and silica compound, with the diatomite/silica ratio being 8:12. The best coupling agent was 2 phr of KH550.
