Riser's MicroMill2000 HD/LE
The brass used is 1/2" diameter 360 brass. Two steel oval nuts were milled narrower so that they would fit the slot in the side of the headstock. After milling, the burrs were ground away. The end of the brass rod was squared off in the lathe and center drilled then drilled. This end hole was threaded 1/4" - 20 tpi.

For the timing info you can start too high and work your way back down to too low and come back up a bit from there.
