4: Once the rod is installed use the 5/8 centering bar with 2 fingers only. You are only using 2 to line up the rod side to side with the vertical centerline of the boring bar. With the expanding mandrel and 2 fingers in place and expanded move the side clamp on the other side to touch the small end of the rod. Get the panel side close also.
